Un-Pasteurized
Indulge in the essence of nature with our exquisite selection of creamed, liquid, and raw honey. All of our honey is unpasteurized, meaning it has not went through high heat while processing. This allows the natural nutritional properties to remain after it is processed.
Liquid honey
Often a popular choice at the grocery store as it allows consumers a mess free squeezable bottle to distribute their honey. It is prone to crystallization due to its liquid form. Should remain liquid up to 6 months.
Raw honey
Our raw honey comes in its most natural state, straight from our bee hives. There are no added ingredients, just 100% pure honey.
Creamed honey
There is no dairy to be found here. Creamed refers to the texture not an ingredient. It is the most spreadable honey, making it easy for toast or tea. Made using two types of honey, it is mixed and stored in a way that creates a creamed texture.
Buckwheat honey
Characterized by its strong aroma of malt and molasses, is expertly crafted from the nectar gathered from buckwheat flowers. Its dark color hints at the depth of its robust, earthy taste, making it a favorite choice for baking bread and adding a unique twist to your culinary creations.
